99 Ford Explorer Limited Edition V8 with remote start wiring harness under dash. I have to turn key on & put into Neutral, then turn key completely over to start & then I'm able to shift gears. Also having problems with the fuse panel on driver side compartment. I don't know if my stuff has been interchanged with something else.
