I have the electric leather seats in my 99 Mountaineer and it won't move forward or backwards. All other controls work fine. I've taken the driver seat out, cleaned all the carpet fuzz and lint from the tracks but still nothing.
I can hear the motor engage with the switch but it doesn't move.
