A/c controls and Gauge conversion

Ok so as my 2004 explorer XLT came it has the basic turn type ac controls, I was wondering if I can swap in a dash bezel from a limited version of the explorer and buy the auto climate control, second I wanted to know if I could swap out the dash to the more advanced info center one with miles till empty and ect. If I'm not mistaken I have seen the wiring harness for it back there, any help will be wonderful! Thanks guys!

On the AC control, yes, but not easy. All the plumbing behind the dash is different. its been discussed before and I don't remember all the detail.

No ones done it as of yet, that I know of, so get to it and put together a write up on it.

It wont work. You need change out all the guts of HVAC system. The DATC has two blend doors in the front, different vacuum line map, different blower, and has an air cabin temp sensor... Big mess...

Ah ok, thanks, I just like the nice automatic climate controls so when I got my remote start put in it would either turn the heat or ac on! appreciate the help!
