either a cracked valvebody or the cable from the shifter is boogered up

got a new tranny you are right thou my valvebody was trashed . Up and running strong again now so i am happy

Very interesting front axle you have there.. a low pinion Ford -- only available from 74-77 :D

thinkin of a 4 inch body lift and 39.5 boggers and 5.86 gears this winter

front end was also out of a 4x4 van rear outa a f350 the front is like 6 inch wider then the rear

Heh? I'd say more like 2" .. 4" is scary. But you already have solid axles under the thing, coil spring spacers and re-arched leaves would be a lot better.

But before that, has the arched coil spring issue been addressed yet? Cauz that looks kind of scary.

the spring arch is not as bad as in that pic of it as it sits now i could cut the fenders and run my 40 inch boggers but i want to keep the body hole
do to the fact that me and my best friend went halfs when we bought this and he does not want to cut it due to rust later on if it was 100% up to me it would be cut and the 40s put on it as it sits now

i dont think the way it is set up that coil spacers will work to well on it
and the 37s that are on it now hit like a **** in the rear and i dont think 2 inch would alow for no rub on 39.5's

other thing i was thinkin was sway a way air shocks in the front and get rid of the coils and then custom from arms to give me my 3-4 more inch of lift in the front and new custom rear spring from the spring place here in town
