I'm adding another 1/2" in the rear with the short AAL by Explorer Pro-Comp following the directions in the usefull thread tutorial. Should I be using locking nuts for the new center bolt? The thread makes no mention of it either way.

I'm also adding a few new lights while i'm at it:

4 of these on the roofrack to be activated by my hi-beam switch (which is useless now that I have HIDs)

Spot lights ro replace my fogs.

When I did the F150 leaf mod on my truck, I used nylocs. But, they really aren't necessary because the u-bolts take all the load (if they're properly torqued). It certainly couldn't hurt to use them.
