Hi all, i'm having the usual brake judder, i've read on the forum it possibly abs sensor and to remove the abs fuse to see if this rectifies the problem. I've looked in the manual and it looks like there's 2 fuses marked abs. Do i remove both or just one?

thanks!

Trial and error - that's what I did, but it does knock out the speedo as well when you pull the fuse.

I left the fuses in place and have unplugged the sensor on one of the front wheels, that illumnates the ABS light but the pedal doesn't kick back and that ABS noise dissapears.

I plan to replace both front hubs shortly to cure the problem.

I hope that helps

Darren

I took the 10A fuse ABS fuse out and yes it did cure the problem. As you send the speedo doesn't work....pity!
Will need to disconnect each wheel sensor in turn find one thats faulty.

can you still but sensors?

soon as you dissconnect one sensor the abs system is off, you need a tester to read the volts on the wheel sensor, jack the 1 side wheel up and spin as fast as you can, you should see a good 5v.
