ABS Light & Cruise Control

I have a 2003 XLT 4X4 Explorer. The ABS Light comes on and the cruise control does not work. After driving awhile and turning off and restarting the light goes off and the cruise will work. Replaced the rear wheel speed sensor and it still does the same thing. Does anyone else know what I could trouble shoot for this matter? I hate to have to deal with the local Ford dealer.

Get the codes scanned from the ABS module/computer. That's relaly the only way you'll be able to tell what to repair to clear up your problem.

Ditto. Pulling the codes will have the problem pin-pointed in no time (well, probably 1/2 hour at the dealership). It'll save you from replacing parts unnecessarily.
