AC wont cut off with switch and both sensors unhooked

Been having this issue for awhile and I have literally replaced everything. Now I've found that the AC compress will still stay engaged at the relay itself so its not the clutch. It will continue to run even with both the pressure sensors unhooked and the internal dash controls. Any ideas what it could be?

It COULD be the PCM is being blamed for this.
I have the same problem, I believe chafed wires are the culprit

For reasons i dont understand, I believe Ford runs a ground? through the AC? Here is more info

I tested at the PCM, also just found non max ac stays running and the sensors work as long as I don't switch it to Max at all.
