adding a shoulder belt?

I'm looking for suggestions to add a shoulder belt to the center seat of the rear seat so I can use a booster seat. I have a '93 4 door.

You have an 88 4 door what? They didnt have exploers in 88...Anyways, I cant think of any ways of getting enough support to hold a sholder belt in the back seat...

Oops, I was thinking of my Bronco. I've corrected the year to '93.

Without a rollcage, I don't see this as (safely) possible.
