Aftermarket CD Changer

Hey! I'm new here. I have a question to ask. Can you install an aftermarket CD changer in the center console?? I went to Circuit City and Best Buy and they said that you can't so if there's anyone installed an aftermarket cd changer, please tell me. Thanks.

I believe that I saw a new item in Crutchfield that has exactly what you're looking for. It allows you to add a 6 disc changer that can be controlled by the Ford Factory radio (if it has that capability of course!). Check it out in the catalog or look for it online maybe? http://www.crutchfield.com
