Air con and heater

Hi All
Just bought another 97 explorer except with this one the heater does not turn down nor does the air-con seem to work !!? :exp:suggestions and help anyone ??

blender door

most likely the blender door. they crack where they connect to the motor if you do a search for blender door there are many wright ups with the fix for this problem.
