Air Conditioning

Hey guys and gals just want to know if they have a serpentine belt for 4.0 if you remove the air conditioning system Thanks

you do not need to remove the a/c system to install a belt... welcome to the site....

if there is not enough room to fit over the pulley with the tensioner untensioned a little bit, then they sold you the wrong belt

I am going to remove the air conditioning, don't want it and need to know I will be able to find a belt Thanks again.

Yes you can, while my A/C was out I used a belt from a non ac explorer. It shorter and easy to find.

There is a bracket with pulley avalible to replace the compressor and then you use the ooriginal belt .
Done this to my f150

Canadians don't need ac anyway right
