Air filter missing!!

Been tinkering with the new explorer today. Take a look in the air box to see what state the air filter is in and slightly shocked to see that the filter is missing!! Unbelievable!

So went to halfords. They don't stock it! Went to GSF. They don't stock it! So unless anyone has any other suggestions it looks like I'll be resorting to flea bay!!

Any ideas as to what I should be paying or one?

If you ask at Halfords parts desk, they will order you one in usually next day.

I dont usually recommend Halfords but of recent months they have been good for me and even cheaper than my local motor factors, which was a shock.

ebay about £10 ish or you could put a K+N for about £45 never need to replace them.

I can confirm Motorserve have Explorer filters in stock. I buy all my filters from them. I buy Mahle OE quality filters for a few ££. If you want part numbers etc. search my previous post ;0)
