I have a problem with by air vents. When i select just the dash vents the floor vents are also blowing air. it works the same as the next setting the combo of floor and dash. does anyone know if this is a climate control panel problem or an actuator problem or how to diagnois one or the other. the defrost (windshield) setting works fine. Thanks in advance
