Sorry to hear - I figure a deer will eventually take out my 07 EB since it won't take much damage to total it. That will be a shame because I know that any money I get won't be near enough to replace it.

Are you going to part it out? If so, what color is the interior?

That happened to my wife's car, not a deer but just a crumpled fender. I got a estimate that was lower than the insurance adjuster and had to fight and fight with their insurance to not total it. They wanted to total it and sell it back to me but there is a lot of cost and hassle at least in my state to do that.

Sorry about your 09 EB.

No, I eked out a fair settlement from the insurance, so I gave it up. It did have the Black and Tan interior which I loved. From what I gathered from the adjuster, state law required it to be totaled and were I to retain it it would have had to be retitled as a salvage (with all the hoops to go through on that), since it involved a crumple zone. I had just had everything gone through on it last year. What a great truck!
Don't hate me, but I'm looking at a Trailhawk Elite to replace it, hopefully all the new tech these days will keep me safer.
