Alternator terminal screw broken please help!!!!!

Hi guys

My alternator connection screw is broken and the small screw piece is inside, how can I do to change this screw because without it I can't connect the alternator.

Please help me!!!!!!!!!!

The screw where the positive wire are connected

Without going out to look, I think my alternator has plugin connections, no studs. But why not remove the alternator, disassemble it and replace the stud? Once you get it apart, you will easily see what you need to do.
