I just bought my 05 XLT Sport on Monday. On Tuesday I discovered a REALLY annying rattle from the sunroof on the passenger side. It happens more when when the sunroof is open than it does when it's closed and is worse when taking a left turn (or swooping left surves on the highway) over bumps.
I did a search and didnt come up with much. Someone mentioned a TSB in one of the threads but couldnt find it.
Anyone know what to look for? One of my buddies owns a shop that specializes in sunroof repairs and installations and we will be looking for the rattle soon. Any information to make the job easier would be appreciated.
