- 84 ford ranger
well im glad i found this site. I am starting my son off the right way by getting him a 84 ford ranger as a project truck, he is only 15 so we have just under a year to finish our project. As I said it is a 1984 ranger short bed with a 3 inch body lift but its wrecked in the front,we have been ebaying and junk yarding together every spare moment for about 3 weeks. its gonna be a great experience for him as my father did it whith me on my 72 ranger on 38s with 390 power and a 4 speed i have had it 35 years and everythime im in it i think of all the times my father and i turned wrenches on it be good to my boy he is just learning thanks again
