well,a fter my body shop quoted me well over $600 just in parts for a 99+ bumper (plus paint and labor), ive decided to not do it, until someone told me about bumpers.com, where i can get teh same thing for like $350 
im wondering if anyone else has had good or bad experiences with them? i know one kid who has had a good experience with them.
(if bad experience or you got a 99+ bumper from somewhere else, let me know where else to go.)
(i.e.: all the parts included? fog lights too? everything? just installs with hand tools, right?)
