Anyone familar with the Viper 791-XV alarm/remote start??

I recently had the viper 791 installed on my 03 explorer XLT. If anyone is familiar with this unit they might be able to answer my question. On the viper remote there is an AUX button. Is it possible to program that button to open the back glass on the lift gate, like that blue button on the stock remote? Any input would be awesome...thanks guys

i have that same alarm all u have to do is bring ur stoke remote and the new one to where u got it installed... thats what i was told i never programed it myself yet.. havent had time..

Yes, you can wire it to do that. You'll need a relay and run a wire from your alarm box to the release wire (which I believe is pass side pillar 2nd row seats).
