I am leaving san diego on monday the 22 to go back to school at fresno state. I am wondering are there any people in this area up for getting together for a trail ride sometime?

Hi Matt,
I have to get my Transfercase fixed and find a job soon, but seeing as that I live about 67miles from Fresno, I would be willing to do some trails with you sometime in the future. Have you checked out Sequoia National Forest yet?

yeah i checked out sequia national park a few times. Never got crazy cause i was always by myself. I want to try to run the dusy ershim trail in june or july. Last time i checked (early Dec) the only trail open was bald moutain. I will let you know when I get up there and am rady to do a trail ride.

Matt and Ray, some friends and I are planning a trip to Dusy/Ershim this summer. Maybe we can all get together. I'll have to check, but I think we were talking about August.

I am up for a dusy run. I was planning on trying to run it June don't know if all the snow will be melted by then. might have to run it twice with a rubicon run in july. Now that sounds like a fun summer vacation from school

hey, I just wanted to post here, showing I'm interested in that area too.. I just have many repairs to do (engine, clutch, locker/onboard air..)

I'm up for Dusy, and I also have heard about Swamp Lake.

What else is there to run in that area, that's north of fresno?

swamp lake is suppose to be a fun little trail if i remember it is about 11 miles long amd most people run it in a day. onther then swamp and dusy i don't think there are to many other hard trails up there. I have run a few of the easy trails up there and they are easy I have never had anyone with me so i have suck to the easy stuff. I have also heard that there are some good trails out by bass lake that are suppose to be good but don't where any of them are.

Dusy or Swamp Lake

These sound intesting. Let us know when you're going to run, and we'll see if we can make it up there.
