Anyone Know where to get a locker for 91?

I finally got really stuck the other day. I was going up this small hill near my house ( arter the snow ) I though i could make it up this small incline but i got about half way up it and about whet off the edge. But, one rear tire was off the road i had now power in the drivers side wheel and the fron wheels were just spinning in the snow. I think its time to get a locker

Can get them at any offroad shop. Depends on how much you want to spend. You could do it cheap and weld the carrier up to lock it. Or get like a lockright that goes into your carrier so the ring and pinion dont have to be set up. or a detroit or air locker that replaces your carrier completly but requires the gears to be reset. I have had a lockright in the rear axle of mine for the past 3 years 70k miles. it has been good to me. I just broke a tooth off the pinion so not sure if the locker caused the problem or not. Not sure how many miles were on the axle before I got it from the junk yard. Lockers have been the best mods that I have done to my truck.

One more thing. You may want to contact randy's ring and pinion in washington. they had a banner on this site a few weeks ago so it maybe something to think about. I have never delt with them but that was just an opservation that I have made.

4wheelparts and Randy's. Or get an off road magazine and look up the advertisers. They are pretty avalible.

hey thanks guys, How much do the ARb ones cost usually?

Arbs I belive are around 650 plus another 200 for the compressor. then you have the extra intall cost of the compresor wires switches and all that good stuff
