I "recently" purchased front and rear rotors from these guys. By recently I mean I ordered them mid Nov2003 and just got them in today, 13Jan2004. They look good, but I feel it was quite a while to wait. I was told I'd get them in before christmas, and its quite sometime after that. The product seems well made, but I'm not sure if its worth a two month wait. There was very little contact made between us, all of which was initiated by me. When I called they told me they were backed up and would send them out by 02Jan2004. The invoice was printed out on the 6th. If the company cared about their customers who are dumping quite a bit of money into their products, I would assume that some type of notification would have been made by them. I didnt even get a shipping confirmation email. I would not recommend these guys to anyone who needs to replace their brakes and rotors in a timely fashion.

well this is true, but you also have to remember how he does his business. The process of freezing and bringing back to temperature takes several weeks, and rarely does he have multiple sets sitting on hand, that would be inventory cost and the cost of rotors would go up. Trust me his rotors are cheap cost wise compared to some other brands, and the quality is good.
