I've been looking to for a display panel for my 2013 Explorer radio. The radio works fine and the buttons still do what they need to do. I just can't read anything on the display. It has a rave party when I open the door and eventually calms down and displays a white screen with lots of flickering bars and colors. The 4.2" TFT LCD Panel is a Sharp LQ042T5DZ11. The actual Ford Display Module is DB5T-19C116-GB. When I look for self-serve auto parts, and type in what I'm looking for, other models come up with the same LCD Panel. Can I pull a 2011-15 Escape Display Module and put the LCD panel into my Explorer Module? Are these the same parts?
