AWD swapout

I have an AWD and would like to know if anyone has any advice for swapping out the front drive portion and thus making the X a 2 wheel drive ? Do I swap the Cv joints for spindles? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I am doing the same thing. What you will need to do is get new spindles, bearings, and rotors up front. Driveline, you will need a different transmission or output shaft and a driveshaft. you will also need new ABS sensors up front.
