Axle Arm Pivot Bolt

Finally got my 'new' ride today. "94 Explorer XLT. Giving it a good look see when I got it home, Noticed the axle arm pivot bolt sticking out about an inch or so. Got under checking things out and the nut is gone. Bolt is just barely in. I was wanting to see if anyone knows what size of nut and bolt this is?

If I remember right the bolt is metric, don't remember what size though.

Found out today it is a 14mm bolt. About 3 1/2 inches long.
