I have a 2003 explorer 4WD that needed the transfer case rebuilt. While I had the drive shafts out I installed some new u-joints. Now I have vibration at around 65-70 mph. I had the T-case built at a good shop. Since it has a new casing, I lost my marks for putting the drive shafts back in. Think I got some bad u-joints? Should I try rotating the rear drive shaft 1/4 turn, reinstall and test drive, and repeat if the vibration remains?
