Been hearing some cluttering from under the hood, so I popped the hood and the tensioner (Which is about 6 months old) was SWINGING lock to lock rapidly
It even ate through the protective barrier on the radiator hose. The rubber looks cracked around the balancer, but it's not wobbly.
Balancer is the only thing I can think of that would make the tensioner pulsate so violently? What else would cause rapid slack-tension on the belt?
