Ball joint replacement on a 2005 XLT.

Hello all and Jim here from Naples, Fl. I have to change out the upper ball joints on my Explorer which has only 40000 on the clock. Any suggestions would be great as to the process. Fords are the best in my opinion but my heart is with Pontiacs!
