Well, I pray to God I dont need a trip to the dealership on this. Currently waiting 30min with the battery disc' to reset everything. Update showed Complete on the screen after about 10 min, but when I got back in the truck to leave and plugged my music usb back in, I get an update failed voice prompt saying "This update has already been installed, or there is no more room on this drive" and it wont let me play the USB drive. It was super slow and wouldnt take the process over again, so here's hoping.

Any ideas if this might work, or am I totally screwed?

Did the USB you put back in after the update contain the update? After the update was done did you finish the process on SYNCMYRIDE.COM?

My Utility did the same thing and only way I confirmed that the update worked was to do what Jason suggested.

Try a battery reset maybe it will reboot, no tools needed just pull blue clip off red + battery side.

A "hard reset" and a 3rd try to reinstall worked, so thank God the dealership doesnt have to get involved.

Good to hear!
