After Dropping in some of that new extended life oil in my truck (modil 1 syn) I notice some strange noises up front. To find out that I have a rusted leak on the EGR tube. Is this a problem that needs immidiate attention?
Does $47 for a piece of metal tube sound right?
I have also notice that every few months (maybe about 6) I have to add antifreeze to the resovoir. Where can I look to find if there is a leak (I have checked all the hoses)? Btw I on accasion will smell coolant but have never seen it on anything.
The truck never over heat nor does the gauge varies.
