Bigger MAF and superchip question

Is a bigger MAF worth getting if i have the kkm and a flowmaster force 2 cat back sysem?

Am i going to notice a huge differnence if i install a Superchip with the above mods /with and without the bigger MAF?

Just looking at the stock MAF vs. the 70 mm one I think you're talking about, the gains should be decent. The stock one necks down BIG TIME and has a debris screen inside it. Simply removing the screen will make a difference, but by opening up the sensor, more flow is virtually guaranteed.

This comes not from Explorer knowledge, but from experiments with my Buick.

As far as a chip, as long as it matches your EEC code, it should provide a noticable difference.

Exhaust systems can only help an engine breathe better - better MPG and a few more horses too.
