I am thinking of buying a billet grille from explorer express for my 92 X.

has anyone with that grille attached their ford emblems to the grille?
if so how did you do it.
did it work good?

I am asking because If i do order it i want to put custom ford emblems on...and i don't know if i will be able to attach it to the new grille or not.
let me know

thanks.

Ryan, I can't speak from first-hand experience on this one, but I can tell you that if there is a will, there is a way. If the colored emblem you use, mounts like the stock one, and it most likely will, maybe all you have to do is make a backing plate out of a small piece of flat stock (no bigger than the emblem). Then, just drill two holes in it, put the emblem on the front of the grille, and the backing plate on the back side (sandwiching the grille in between), and bolt it on.

i did it...I just used emblem glue

heres how it looked
