I can’t get the console out to get to the blend door. Can’t find anything at all online about my model. 04 Adrenalin 4.0 xlt. Every one I’ve seen is different than mine. Doesn’t come apart like any others. I can’t even find the blend door without removal of the whole console and I’m tired of messing with it. I heard they were tough to do but why do I have to be stuck with the one that’s the worst! Does it even HAVE a blend door. That’s what every mechanic I’ve talked to says it is.
I’ve never heard any clicking or noise but the other symptoms are all there.

No wonder….. my actuator isn’t where I was told and shown. Now I’ve got a console to try and get back together and just forget the actuator. I’ve wasted over 5 hours and thats enough. Might make a decent parts truck for somebody. I’m done with it.

Does this have a supercharger? I've never heard of the Adrenalin version, I've been looking at them since you posted, pretty nice truck, I'm sure if it's in decent condition it would be worth fixing the blend door. I know nothing about the heating cooling parts under the dash on these, sometimes I have heard of people cutting an access panel in the plenum and plastic welding it tohether after repair, also silicon seal to reassemble
