Blower resistor, 1999 Eddie Bauer w/auto climate control

The heater/air conditioner blower fan is only working in the "high" position. I assume it is the blower resistor that needs replacing. (?)

I have read conflicting information as to it's location.

I have a 1999 AWD V8 Eddie Bauer with the automatic climate control system.

Where is it located and does anyone happen to have a part number?

Thank you all. I am going through the troubleshooting process on my 99 mountaineer with the EATC. One caveat is at times the lower settings will work (maybe 15% of the time), both with the dash controls and steering wheel controls.

- Does this sound more like anew intermittent wiring issue than the EATC?
- Does anyone have a real wiring diagram? I was disappointed to see my Haynes repair manual doesn't even discuss the EATC version of the Explorer...
