Blower switch

My blower switch only functions on the OFF and HI positions. Could this be the blower relay under the hood or behind the knob itself? Thanks!

On the passenger side of the blower motor, there is a resistor bolted into the housing.It is blown...and cheap. Run a search for "blower resistor"
