I have new urethane body bushings for my 2001 Sport Trac, but I suspect that I might need to replace the bolts as well. Can anyone tell me the sizes of all 8 body mount bolts, and/or a source for these?

geekjon, I had the ford dealership and they gave me 3 different sizes, when I find that piece of paper, I will post it here. A were one size, B & C were another size, and D were a different size.
LoLoL
Ok I found them,
A 12mm 1.75 pitch 100mm
B & C 12mm 1.75 Pitch 72mm
D are 12mm 1.75 Pitch 87mm

Thanks. Are these full threads or does it matter?

I really don't know, I hadn't changed my mounts yet, I will be doing them toward the end of this week, but I am thinking probably it is. Also the bolts from the dealership is not cheap, you can try fastenal.com

I remember reading when I first researched bolts for mine that the factory original bolts were discontinued.

HELMUT RONER, some are discontinued, some aren't. but they gave me a quote of 40 bucks for 2 bolts, I was thinking to myself, noway. That is when I thought I would call the offshore supply shops and get several quotes, glad I did. If it something hard to find, these people will been over backwards to find it. I am thinking when I take my bushings apart, I might bring them over there to see if they can find someplace that has them and get me a complete set. LOLOL I bet they can find it and get it cheap.

I also went on a hunt for the bolts for positions "B" and "C". I had t sleeves with me, and the new prothane bushings. I went to Ace Hardware, and the had the grade 10 12M-1.75 for those positions in 2.5 inches, but not ~3"(72mm). I looked at the threads in the inner(bottom) sleeve, and there is maybe 3/8" thread inside, at the top, meaning all the extra bolt that goes further, like the 1" that goes past the sleeve, and out the bottom is useless thread. Maybe this can help someone. Mike
