Body Lift HELP!

i have an 02 spt 4x4 with a torsion front leaf spring rear... i am trying to buy a BL but i don't know which one! 98 Ranger or 91-94 Explorer? Or possibly something else! Can you help me!?!?! PLEASE!!! The part number would be awesome too if possible!! thanks a bunch!
