OK so i did my TT, Shackles, Leafs, And body lift this last weekend. I have a question about the radiator. I went ahead and used the drop brackets to drop the entire radiator. Now heres the kicker, Could i raise radiator back up to stock and use to those brackets to drop the shroud, Or is it not reccomended. I would just like the radiator to be up there and out of harms way. any help would be appreciated.

I did a 2" BL and left the radiator in its stock location, and only moved the shroud. I have had no problems with cooling.

Your radiator should be exactly where Ford put it. The drop brackets are to be used only to drop the fan shroud. You need to reverse what you have done if you dropped the whole radiator. I hope this helps.

Thanks alot for the fast help. The radiator hose is in the way of one of the drop brackets but i think i can work around that. I was following these instructions ( http://mudmarine.tripod.com/ ) and i just thought that was the way it had to be

Could i possibly get some pictures to see how some of you did it. The radiator hose is directly in the path

When I did my body lift, I had the same problem. I simply drilled a hole half way so that the shroud would only drop 1 inch, not the two inches the bracket was designed for. The fan still clears at 1 inch. If you want pictures, I did post a whole thread, with pictures, on doing a body lift. It is located here: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=92212
