Are you talking about the last 2 bolts in rear. They are accessed thru the rear cargo area under carpet, I never had a problem reaching mine, the two behind rear seat were kinda a pain though.
To get the bolt out just wrench it from the top inside the cab under the rear seat. When I put my body lift on I was able to put the block on top of the mount from underneath. You just have to contort your hand a little to get to it. It helps if you do not have the spare tire under there. There is no reason to take the tank off. Good luck.
By the points above the gastank I mean the ones before the ones at the very end of the car (mostly just the driver side of those though). The nut is spinning with the bolt so I need to get in there somehow to hold it, but the tank is in the way.
u have to have small hands or find a little kid, i did it just fine, u can either have someone else push up on it so that it locks in, or you can pry some vice grips on so it wont move when they hit the fram or another object
