Im redoing rusty spots and priming a lot of the X so next year it can be painted. Was wondering if anyone ever removed the trim and took a pic? I wanted to see what it looked like without the trim.

This was my thought with the paint theme (might come down more with the black)

I definitely like mine now that the trim is off of it. I woldn't have minded if it was part of the body, not just stuck on.

You'll definitely need a rubber motorized wheel or something of the sort to get off the adhevsive. I used a neighbors, it was kinda of like a grinding wheel, but made out of hard rubber, put it on the electric drill, and about an hour later I had all the pinstripes and adhesive off of the X. Your hands will feel number afterwards though.

so just glued on? eh, it will come off when i wet sand the area (hopefully)
yeah I need to know how to pull it off, I had a pin stripe on mine that i ripped off as well, just sanded the glue off since i was sanding any way
