Brand new and needing some advice :)

Hey guys my name is Gaby. My dad just handed over his baby, and '03 silver sport trac and its a great car.

But he hasnt treated it so well and it definitly needs some TLC .

I was wondering if any one knew if there was a replacement for the arm rest base part, the part that is fixed to the car not the actual armrest it self.

Also, I notice that around the area where the radio and other controls are, the plastic is pealing making it look real dirty. does any one know a fix to that? or what its called lol
Im a girl and dont no much about cars at all, but I'm really looking forward to the help.
