My buddy just bought a 98 Mustang. I was looking under the hood and noticed that it has the cone air filter. Well it also has the air box you know stock. Well I was thinking about using a surrond or round box like that and then using a tube from a 92 F-150 would allow the tube to go down the front to under the bumper. Then also using the same F-150 air inlet. If you have seen a F-150 like that year they have a nice round tube to a flat 90 degree inlet. In my head it looks like it would work. Now I need to get to the junkyard and see what I can find. Let me know if anyone has successfully done this before. I will post pictures as soon as I try anything.
