bumper/front end differences 95/98 to 99+

I'm looking to install a Warn winch on my 01 Explorer. I e-mailed Warn and received a installation guide for the 95/98 Explorer. They said that they havn't attempted an install of the Trans4mer winch/brush guard on a 99+ Explorer.. my question, if anyone knows.. what are the differences between the two, and how hard would it be to make the 95/98 Trans4mer brush guard bolt onto the 99+ (it dosn't look like it would take a rocket scientist to make it work)..
