Well, I just went to the USAC finals in Kansas City (Car audio show) and back to my home town in St. Louis. Fine! No problems. Ran it at about 80 the whole way. No problems.

Get home, park it and unpack.

Wake up and go to go to work. Throw it in reverse and back out, no problem. Go to **** to first. WHA-THE-#$%@!!! Err.. Get out of reverse, stupid tranny. Park the truck, get out. Check clutch fluid. Fine, completely filled. Get in, start it up, rock it into neutral. What? It's still in gear? WTF!?! I'm in neutral and it's in gear!!! AHHHHH!!!!

Call my budy Dan The Mechanic Man. Dan says, "Sound like a jammed linkage". That what I thought I tell him. He say's he'll have a wrecker right over for me. Wrecker get's here and we pull it to Dan's garage. Dan tell's me he thinks the control gear <?> is bad. Have to drop the tranny and rebuild it. $1700!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Now my question is, has anyone else had this happen. I'm driving a 93' Sport/Navajo with a 5 Speed Manual. I think someone told me to expect this, but it still seems wrong. AHHHH!!!!
