Buying a new car maybe, Tranny prob?

I'am looking at buying a 2004 explorer eddie bauer, its V6 4wd 108,000 miles. The only problem Ive noticed when driving it is when you come to stop it feel slike it bumps a little when I come to stop. As if the transmission moves or has a problem. Anyone know what it could be?

What do you mean bumps? In mine sometimes when it is stopped it kinda feels like there is a poping under the seat. Is that what you mean?

I know what you're talking about. Just as you're about to come to a complete stop, there's a little jolt, almost like you ran over a rock or something. I'm thinking it's my bearings, but I won't know if it is or not until I change them, lol.
