buying question

I am wondering if it is a wise decision to buy a 93' EB ed. Explorer with 140K miles. The owners had installed a new transmission and got the new tires. He is asking for $5900. Should I buy it if everything runs good and looks good?

yeh

Sure...but talk him down to $5000 or so. Either that or tell him you'll pay the $5900 if he puts in new plugs, wires, a K&N filter, synthetic fluids, maybe some new shocks, and changes the oil and filter right before you get it.

Oh..and check how new the Radius Arm bushings are...if they havent been changed have him get those done too...then it'll be ok for $5900.
