- 2003 ford explorer xlt
I have 2003 Explorer xlt with the 7 passenger rear seats. The a/c has not worked in a while and I am new to sw florida area and don't want to take it to a parts changer who keeps putting on new parts until the proble goes away or the customer goes broke. I've been told that since the a/c lines run to the rear unit it leaves alot of opportunity to for those lines to leak. Is it possible to basically bypass that rear unit since the vehicle is only used for to and fro with the dog?
