I know I can get AMSOIL, but I really cant afford
$8x 12
or so pints for a full flush.

has anyone ever bought any MERCON V yet? Its gotta be out there and in a town this big, I can't beleive that Im having issues finding it?

I saw Valvoline and Pennzoil/Quakerstate both make them?

Thanks,
Doug

Doug,

Shoot me an e-mail at grg.oil@juno.com and I'll get you all the AMSOIL ATF you need at my cost.

If anyone else is interested in purchasing AMSOIL products, I'll be happy to get them for you at my cost, which is about 25% less than retail. Just let us know.

Gary

MERCON V

Hi i work in a little NAPA store in R.I. and we sell the MERCON V in the havoline brand and it sells for about $1.89 a qt.Your local NAPA store should be able to get it and they should keep it on the shelf.See you Rick.

If there's a AutoZone in your area. They carry AAmoco brand in the MERCON V. It a synthetic blend. I am still trying to find out if all MERCON V is that way or not. Hope this helps ya.

I found the QuakerState semi synthetic Mercon V at KMart for $2.97 a pint or $22.86 for a case of 12.

I bought some and plan to do the tranny next week along with the filter and a drain plug install (less messy that way)
