i am just looking for a simple yes or no answer with a explantion, please. i did a search and could not find a good enough answer. so please help me if you can. thanks

If yes, does it require running the pipe near the gas tank or gas lines.

If no, then can i split it after the muffler?

my altimate goal is to have a deep throaty sound the disapers after 45-50 mph.

Any tips or info or even pics would be great.

yes, but you dont want to do it. you have a the v6, and well the best bet is to just use a single muffler, with a single pipe about 2.5 inches in diameter. if you want duals, you could go for a single muffler, and then dual exiting pipes, that are about 2 inches in diameter each. if you want true duals, you have to either cut up the existing heat shield, and place two mufflers there, or take your spare out, and put the two mufflers there. if you go with true duals, or even duals with too wide of a diameter piping, you will lose alot of torque.
